SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 GOAL.


BUT FROM TIME TO TIME PROBLEMS WILL ARISE THAT ARE HUMAN 
ERROR AND SOME ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. ALL PARTS SHIPPED 
ARE INSPECTED AND EXPECTED TO REACH YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER 
AND IN GOOD CONDITION. WE WILL NOT TRY TO SELL YOU ANYTHING
THAT WE WOULD NOT USE OUR SELF ON OUR PERSONAL VEHICLE.


 IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PART:

PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES THOROUGHLY UPON ARRIVAL AND 
GET  THE DELIVERING COMPANY TO NOTATE ALL DAMAGES ON THE 
BILL OF LADING. THIS IS FOR THE DELIVERY COMPANY CLAIMS
DEPARTMENT, THEY WILL REFUSE THE CLAIM IF THE DAMAGE IS NOT 
STATED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. IF THE DAMAGE IS SO SEVERE 
BEYOND BEING USED REFUSE THE PACKAGE WITH THE REASON BEING 
DAMAGED. AFTER REFUSING OR RECEIVING THE PACKAGE PLEASE 
NOTIFY R & D AUTO-TRUCK SALVAGE, INC. IMMEDIATELY SO THAT 
WE CAN GET A REPLACEMENT TO YOU.


IF A PART IS SHIPPED TO YOU AND IT IS WRONG: 
IF THE REASON FOR THE PART BEING WRONG IS ON OUR SALESPERSON 
BEHALF WE WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL 
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT COST.


IF THE REASON FOR THE PART BEING WRONG IS BECAUSE WE WERE 
PROVIDED WITH THE INCORRECT INFORMATION SUCH AS YEAR MODEL, 
MAKE, ENGINE SIZE, ETC GIVEN TO US WE WILL STILL BE HAPPY TO 
REPLACE THE PART IMMEDIATELY, BUT THE PURCHASER WILL BE 
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT INCURRED.

R & D AUTO-TRUCK SALVAGE, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPLACE 
ANY PART THAT IS WRONG OR DEFECTIVE WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT 
OF TIME. IF THE PART CAN NOT BE REPLACED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT 
OF TIME, A REFUND OR CREDIT (CREDIT CARD PURCHASES) WILL BE GIVEN 
AFTER THE PART HAS BEEN RECEIVED BACK TO OUR COMPANY IN THE 
SAME CONDITION AS SHIPPED.


IF A PART IS RETURNED AND THE PURCHASER DOES NOT WISH FOR IT 
TO BE REPLACED, THE PURCHASER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL 
FREIGHT INVOLVED AND A 25% RETURN FEE WILL BE CHARGED. THIS 
WILL APPLY IN ALL CASES. NO EXCEPTIONS!


ABSOLUTELY, NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

NO WARRANTY ON LABOR!

ALL PARTS WHICH CARRY A TIME WARRANTY SUCH AS 30, 60 OR 90 DAYS 
WILL APPEAR ON YOUR INVOICE.


ANY PART WHICH IS CHARGE A CORE CHARGE SHOULD BE RETURNED AT 
THE PURCHASERS EXPENSE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. ALL CORE 
CHARGES WILL BE PAID AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. CORE CHARGES 
WILL BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED ON PURCHASERS CREDIT CARD 
AFTER RECEIVED BY OUR COMPANY. CORES ARE TO BE RETURNED 
WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR FULL CREDIT. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMEND 
THAT WHEN RETURNING A CORE VIA UPS OR ANY OTHER SHIPPING CARRIER 
MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET A TRACKING NUMBER SO THAT THE PACKAGE 
CAN BE TRACED. KEEP IN MIND THAT NOT ALL PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA 
US MAIL CAN BE TRACKED.

FOR ANY REASON THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A COPY OF INVOICE ALONG 
WITH A CREDIT CARD RECEIPT IF PURCHASING VIA CREDIT CARD WITH 
YOUR PACKAGE OR VIA U.S. MAIL PLEASE NOTIFY OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY 
SO THAT WE CAN GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

THE INVOICE IS PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WILL STATE THE FULL WARRANTY.
